DataFlow Verification
DataFlow Verification for Pharmacists
DataFlow Primary Source Verification for Indian pharmacists covers BPharm, DPharm, MPharm, and PharmD qualifications. The destination authorities (SCFHS (Saudi), QCHP (Qatar), DHA / DOH / MOH UAE, Kuwait MOH, OMSB (Oman), NHRA (Bahrain)) all require the Pharmacy Council of India / state Pharmacy Council registration, internship / experience letters, and Good Standing certificate. Pharmacist DataFlow files have a slightly faster typical pace than doctor files (45-75 working days), but the document expectations are equally strict.
The Indian-pharmacist DataFlow file typically includes the BPharm or DPharm degree certificate (with state HRD authentication parallel-tracked for the visa file), MPharm or PharmD where applicable, PCI / state pharmacy council registration certificate, Good Standing certificate from the council, and experience letters from hospitals, retail pharmacies, or pharmaceutical manufacturers on company letterhead. PharmD candidates also include the clinical-residency certificate where relevant.
SiZA Global coordinates the India-side document preparation: format review against the destination-authority checklist, PCI good-standing request, university verification for parallel apostille, and certified Arabic translation where the visa file requires it. Send BPharm / PharmD certificate, PCI registration, and experience letters on WhatsApp +91-9220161774 and we share the realistic window and quote.
Parallel tracks, not sequential
Three tracks running at once
Track 1
DataFlow primary source verification
Track 2
India-side attestation for the visa file
Track 3
Certified Arabic translation where required
Treating these as sequential adds weeks. SiZA opens all three at the start so the file completes inside the destination authority\'s expected window.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does DataFlow accept DPharm or only BPharm and above?
It depends on the destination authority. BPharm, MPharm and PharmD are accepted by every Gulf authority. DPharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) is accepted by some authorities and not others: Bahrain (NHRA) and parts of UAE (MOH UAE for certain pharmacy roles) accept DPharm; Saudi (SCFHS) often classifies DPharm at a lower grade or asks for additional bridging; Qatar (QCHP) is generally stricter on the diploma route. The right answer for a specific candidate depends on the target country, the target role (pharmacy assistant versus registered pharmacist) and the current authority rules. SiZA Global checks the current eligibility against the target authority before commissioning DataFlow.
Is Pharmacy Council of India registration verified?
Yes, PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) registration is verified for every Gulf DataFlow case. PCI is one of the more reliable Indian councils on DataFlow verification because its records are well-maintained centrally and respond on time. The points DataFlow checks are: active registration (not lapsed), no disciplinary action recorded, valid renewal cycle. State pharmacy council registration may also be verified for some authorities (Saudi SCFHS asks for both PCI and state pharmacy council registration in many files). Lapsed PCI registration is the most common pharmacist DataFlow finding; renew before opening the case.
Do I need internship certificate for pharmacist DataFlow?
For BPharm and PharmD candidates, yes, the internship completion certificate is verified alongside the degree. The certificate should be on hospital or company letterhead, with the dates, the area of internship (hospital pharmacy, community, industrial), supervisor name, supervisor signature and contact details. For MPharm candidates, the BPharm internship is still verified (because MPharm builds on BPharm), and any additional research project or industrial placement at MPharm level is treated separately. DPharm candidates do not have a formal internship in the same form; their experience continuity is built from their employment letters instead.
How long does pharmacist DataFlow take?
A clean pharmacist DataFlow case typically closes in 30 to 60 working days. PCI's reliable response time helps; the main delays come from the experience side, particularly for community-pharmacy candidates whose employer letterhead is informal or whose supervisor signature is missing. Hospital pharmacy and industrial pharmacy experience letters tend to be cleaner, so those cases close faster. Re-classification (the Gulf authority decides the candidate is at a different grade from what the application stated) adds two to three weeks. SiZA Global goes through the experience-letter format before the case is opened so the avoidable letter-quality issues are fixed at the source.
