INC and state nursing council Good Standing letters

SCFHS asks for Good Standing letters from every nursing council the candidate has held registration with. For most Indian nurses, that means the state nursing council plus the Indian Nursing Council. The councils issue at their own pace; what we can do is prepare the request paperwork cleanly and apostille the certificate the moment it is in hand.

Prometric (where the classification requires it)

Some SCFHS classifications require the Prometric exam (a multiple-choice qualifying test taken at a Prometric centre). The exam booking is the candidate’s. We prepare the eligibility documentation Prometric and SCFHS rely on; the test itself is the candidate’s to sit.

Certified Arabic translation by Saudi-mission-recognised translators

Once MEA Apostille is on the original Indian document, certified Arabic translation goes on by translators the Saudi mission recognises. Is DataFlow mandatory for every Saudi nurse case?
Yes. SCFHS requires DataFlow primary-source verification before licensing. The candidate uploads documents to DataFlow; DataFlow verifies directly with each issuing authority. Our job on the India side is to prepare clean inputs: apostilled degree and council registration, hospital experience letters with verifiable issuing-authority contacts, Good Standing letters in valid form.
How long does the Saudi nurse documentation take from intake to dispatch?
Depends on HRD state. Maharashtra HRD takes 30 to 60 days. Kerala HRD takes 30 to 45 days. UP HRD takes 8 to 15 days. Once HRD comes back, MEA Apostille is 2 to 3 working days normal (24 hours urgent if originals reach Noida by 10 PM). Arabic translation moves together with the apostille leg. The DataFlow and SCFHS sides have their own timelines we cannot speed up.
My state council has not issued Good Standing in three weeks. What can SiZA do?
No agent can speed up INC or a state nursing council. What we can do is verify the request was filed in the correct form, follow up with the council where the council allows follow-up by a representative, and apostille the certificate the moment it is in hand so the rest of the pack moves the same day.
My SCFHS classification has been changed during the application. Does that affect the documentation?
It can. Some classifications add document requirements (more experience proof, additional qualification documents). When SCFHS confirms a different classification, we re-check the document inventory the same day and flag any new originals that need to be sent to Noida.
Do I need PCC for a Saudi nurse visa?
No. PCC is not required for Saudi visas. Some employers ask for it as an internal HR check; SCFHS itself does not require it. We will not bill you for PCC apostille unless your employer specifically asks for it.
My hospital experience letter has the wrong joining date. Can SiZA fix it during attestation?
No. The fix has to come from the hospital that issued the letter, on its own letterhead, signed by an authorised signatory, before any attestation begins. Attesting a wrong-date letter is worse than waiting for a correction; DataFlow will catch the discrepancy when it contacts the hospital directly.
I have a Saudi joining date in five weeks. Is that realistic from a Kerala-issued degree?
Kerala HRD takes 30 to 45 days on its own. Five weeks is tight but possible if intake is today and there are no document corrections needed. We will name that plainly after the scan review: realistic or not, and where the slack is.
Can SiZA help with GAMCA appointment booking?
Yes. GAMCA medical appointment assistance is part of the visa-side support. We do not perform the medical and we do not influence the medical result; those sit with GAMCA-approved centres.
