Visa Documentation Support from India to GCC, Europe, and the World
SiZA handles visa documentation end-to-end on three GCC destinations: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. These are the countries where the employer's sponsor process, the embassy stamping, and the destination MOFA step interact tightly with the document work in India. For all three, we take the case from document attestation through to passport stamping or visa file completion in India, under one team.
Everywhere else (UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Czech, Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, and most of the world) the visa application itself runs through VFS Global, BLS International, the destination embassy, or an e-visa portal. There we provide documentation assistance only: attestation, certified or sworn translation, GAMCA appointment support, ECR Emigration Clearance. You submit the visa application through the official channel; we make sure the papers underneath it are ready.
A word on what this service is not, because the confusion has cost customers money. SiZA is a documentation provider. We do not recruit candidates, advertise jobs, arrange interviews, place workers, supply manpower, hold a Wakala, consult on admissions, or guarantee a visa. The employer abroad issues the visa. The destination embassy decides on the application. Immigration officials at the destination airport decide on entry. Our job is to make sure the document file underneath all those decisions is stamped correctly. If a message claiming to be from SiZA ever offers a "guaranteed Saudi job", "guaranteed Kuwait visa" or "100 percent visa approval", it is a scam, and we report such messages to the relevant authorities.

Saudi work visa with the Wakala-based stamping process; QVP, Mosaddaqa, Saudi Cultural Attestation or SVP based on job code. Saudi family visa is the Yellow Slip route (adult GAMCA + vaccination certificate, legalised and Arabic-translated). Tourist via VFS biometric in 3 to 10 days. GAMCA Medical Appointment Support
GAMCA is mandatory for the Saudi work visa, Saudi family visa adult applicants, Oman medical, Abu Dhabi UAE, and several other GCC cases. We help with appointment booking at GAMCA-approved centres near the candidate and submission of the result to the relevant Gulf authority. We do not perform the medical test, control the medical result, or influence the outcome. A "fit" or "unfit" call is made by the medical centre, not by SiZA.
Saudi Degree-Holder Verification Routed Correctly
For Saudi work-visa applicants on white-collar jobs, the destination employer or licensing authority asks for one of QVP (Takamol Qualification Verification Programme), Mosaddaqa, or Saudi Cultural Attestation, depending on job code, job title, and degree-holder status. For blue-collar applicants, SVP (Skill Verification Programme) applies. We map which programme applies to the candidate before any work begins, so the right verification is run the first time. State HRD attestation on the educational document is mandatory for these programmes.
Kuwait Visa Stamping In New Delhi Or Mumbai
Once the visa is issued in Kuwait and the employer or sponsor has sent the visa PDF, we submit the passport for visa stamping at the Kuwait Embassy in New Delhi or the Kuwait Consulate in Mumbai (the stamping function works at both, unlike educational attestation which is only at New Delhi). Normal stamping is 5 to 15 days. Urgent stamping is possible up to 3 days maximum when the visa is in hand and the supporting documents (PCC, GAMCA, photos, vaccination certificate for children) are ready.
Saudi Tourist And Umrah Visas Without Overpromising
Saudi tourist visa: 6-month bank statement, PAN, photo, passport, VFS biometric, processing in 3 to 10 days, validity 30, 60 or 90 days. Saudi Umrah visa: passport copy, photo, PAN, processing in 1 to 3 days, 90-day validity. We coordinate the documents and the VFS appointment. We do not influence the visa officer's decision, and we will not quote a guaranteed approval.

Document attestation handled alongside visa-side work
Educational documents go through State HRD then MEA (apostille for Saudi since December 2022; attestation for non-Hague UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya). Personal documents (birth, marriage, single status for family visa) go through SDM or Home Department, then MEA, then the destination embassy. Commercial documents (employment contract MOFA-attested for Saudi work visa) go through Chamber of Commerce, then MEA. The attestation work runs alongside the visa-side work, not one after the other.
GAMCA medical and Emigration Clearance where applicable
GAMCA appointment booked at an approved centre near the candidate, with the result submitted to the relevant Gulf authority. For ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport holders going to GCC on work, POE Emigration Clearance is mandatory; we initiate the clearance through the Protector of Emigrants office. ECNR passport holders skip this step. Vaccination certificate (legalised and Arabic-translated) for Saudi family visa adults and minors.
Visa submission or stamping at the destination embassy / VFS
For Saudi work, the file moves through the Wakala-based stamping process at the Saudi authority's designated channel; QVP/Mosaddaqa/SVP run alongside; Saudi tourist and Umrah submit through VFS for biometric. For Kuwait work and family, the visa PDF from the Kuwait sponsor is used at the Kuwait Embassy New Delhi or Consulate Mumbai for passport stamping. For Qatar, QVC pre-travel formalities are completed after Qatar Embassy attestation; no passport stamping in the same way as Dubai. For UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Europe and other VFS or BLS lanes, the documents go with the candidate to the VFS or BLS submission channel.

Does SiZA help me find a job in the Gulf or sponsor my visa?
No. SiZA is a documentation provider, not a recruitment agency, not an overseas employment provider, not a manpower supplier, not a Wakala holder, not a candidate sourcing agency. We do not advertise jobs, we do not arrange interviews, we do not place candidates with employers, and we do not sponsor visas. The employer in the destination country (a Saudi hospital, a Kuwait construction firm, a Qatar energy company, a UAE corporate, an Italian university) is the one who issues the visa or the admission. SiZA gets the document file behind that visa or admission ready. If any message claiming to come from SiZA offers a "guaranteed Saudi job", "guaranteed Kuwait visa", or "100% visa approval", it is a scam. We refer scam reports to the relevant authorities and warn the public on the anti-scam-notice page.
For a Saudi work visa, do I need QVP, Mosaddaqa, Saudi Cultural Attestation, or SVP, and how do I know which one applies?
Which one applies depends on the candidate's job code, job title, and degree-holder status. QVP (Takamol Qualification Verification Programme) is the most common requirement for degree-holders going for white-collar jobs (engineers, IT professionals, finance, healthcare in some categories, education). Mosaddaqa is a separate Saudi verification programme that some healthcare and technical roles route through. Saudi Cultural Attestation is required for specific degree-holder categories where the Saudi Ministry of Culture or the Saudi Embassy demands an additional academic verification on top of MEA apostille. SVP (Takamol Skill Verification Programme) is the parallel programme for blue-collar workers (technicians, drivers, hospitality staff). The destination employer or the Wakala holder tells us at the visa-issuance stage which one applies. State HRD attestation on the educational document is mandatory before any of these four; the SDM shortcut is refused. We map the right programme at WhatsApp intake before any application opens, so the file does not get sent through the wrong verification track.
I have a Kuwait work visa PDF from my employer. How fast can SiZA stamp it on my passport?
Normal Kuwait visa stamping at Kuwait Embassy New Delhi or Kuwait Consulate Mumbai is 5 to 15 days from the date the file is complete. Urgent stamping is possible up to 3 days maximum, when two conditions are both met: the visa has been issued in Kuwait and the visa PDF is in hand, and the supporting documents (PCC, original passport with 6+ months validity and blank pages, four passport photos to Kuwait specification, GAMCA medical result for adults, vaccination certificate for children if family visa) are all ready and in the file. If any one of those is missing, the urgent window does not apply; we have to wait for the missing piece first. The 3-day window is the absolute floor; we do not commit to faster than that in writing. We have a track record of completing the stamping within that window when the documents are ready, but we do not guarantee an outcome from the embassy.
My passport says ECR. Do I really need a separate Emigration Clearance before flying to the Gulf for work?
Yes, if you are an ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport holder going to one of the eighteen ECR-notified countries for employment, which includes Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Libya and several others. The Emigration Clearance is granted by the Protector of Emigrants (POE) office under the Ministry of External Affairs, and it is a separate formality from your visa. Without it, the airline can refuse boarding for the work-visa traveller at the Indian airport. ECNR (Emigration Check Not Required) passport holders do not need this clearance regardless of destination. We initiate the POE Emigration Clearance for ECR passport holders going to GCC countries on a work visa, alongside the document attestation work. The clearance attaches to your travel record once granted. Tourist and family visa holders are generally exempt from the ECR requirement for the same destinations, but verify with the POE before travel because individual cases vary.
GAMCA medical is mandatory for my Saudi work visa. Where do I take the test, and what happens if I am declared unfit?
GAMCA (the GCC Approved Medical Centres Association, also known as Wafid) authorises specific medical centres in India to conduct the pre-travel medical for GCC work visas. The centres are located in most large Indian cities; the candidate books an appointment (we help with the booking), shows up at the centre on the appointed date with the original passport and a recent passport photo, and the centre runs the medical (blood tests, X-ray, physical examination, vaccination check). The result is uploaded to the GAMCA portal and shared with the destination Gulf authority. If the candidate is declared "fit", the file moves forward. If declared "unfit", the destination employer is informed and the work visa typically does not proceed; some conditions are correctable on a re-test, others are not. SiZA does not perform the medical, does not influence the result, and does not appeal an "unfit" decision. The GAMCA centre, the destination Gulf health authority, and in some cases the employer's medical advisor decide. Our role is appointment support and submission of the result alongside the visa file.
I am worried about handing originals to an agent. What happens if my certificate is lost?
This is a fair concern. Document-loss complaints are one of the most common reasons people hesitate before sending originals. SiZA Global has handled 100,000+ documents for 20,000+ customers without a single misplaced or mishandled file. Two practical safeguards before you send originals to any provider: insist on a written acknowledgement on receipt (we issue this with the document type, condition, and receiving location), and insist on a tracked return courier with a written consignment number (we use established courier services and share the AWB number). Avoid providers who collect originals in cash without paperwork, take documents to their personal address, or refuse to share the MEA apostille number after completion.
What documents need attestation for Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Arabia document requirements depend on the visa type, job category, document type, and employer instruction. Educational documents usually need State HRD before MEA apostille or a Saudi qualification verification process. Personal documents may need SDM plus MEA apostille, and certified Arabic translation is often needed for personal documents. Work visa files may also involve GAMCA, Wakala, QVP, Mosaddaqa, Saudi Culture Attestation, or SVP depending on the case.
