Does my H1B petition need an apostilled degree?
It depends on the petition. Some H1B files use a credential evaluation that runs from institutional copies sent direct to the evaluator; some prefer or require apostille on the original degree as supporting evidence. Counsel will say. We will apostille what counsel asks for.
My H4 spouse file is held up because the marriage certificate name does not match her passport. What now?
Name mismatch on the marriage certificate is one of the more common H4 file-stoppers. The corrective is usually a "one and the same" certificate from the competent Tehsildar of her residence, attached to the apostilled marriage certificate. Affidavits work for some USCIS reviews and not others; we name the right corrective on call one.
Do I need apostille on US legal documents used in India?
That is the opposite direction. US-issued documents needing use in India usually need US Secretary-of-State authentication, then sometimes Indian consulate authentication. The US-side leg sits outside what we cover; the India-side picks up once the US authentications are complete, where required.
Is PCC apostille needed for an H1B?
Not for the H1B itself. PCC apostille becomes relevant at the adjustment-of-status (Form I-485) stage during a green-card filing. We will not bill for PCC unless your application specifically needs it.
My Indian employer is no longer issuing experience letters. What can SiZA do?
We cannot generate a letter the employer will not issue. We can apostille what exists, attest a clean letter from a current employer or an HR-acknowledged colleague-statement where the petition accepts that form, and help your counsel build an alternative evidence file. We will not fabricate experience evidence.
I am already in the US on H1B and the green-card petition is moving. My original PCC and birth certificate are in India. How does the bundle move?
