Step 2

We respond on WhatsApp or email

Within working hours, usually inside one hour. We send back the required process, the timeline we commit to, and the cost. You see the steps in writing before you decide anything.

Step 3

Originals only if needed, only after you say yes

Some processes run on a high-quality colour printout of a digitally issued certificate. Some need the original. We tell you which path your case is on. You courier nothing until you agree.

Step 4

Photo or video proof before dispatch

When the work is done, we share photos of the stamps and the document condition on WhatsApp. We close the case only after you confirm receipt on the return courier.
