How SiZA helps students going abroad
An Indian student going abroad usually has two clocks running. The university clock wants admission documents and a translated copy in the language the university teaches in. The embassy clock wants apostilled originals, sometimes a DoV or CIMEA statement, sometimes a sworn translation in the destination language, and a clean visa case before the appointment date.
When the two clocks are not lined up, the application slips. SiZA carries the document side for students headed to Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, the United States, Canada, Australia and other destinations. Admission, the scholarship interview, and what you say at the consulate stay with you. Italy long-stay study D visa with HRD, MEA Apostille and Italian translation
Italy is a Hague country, but the New Delhi study checklist does not accept SDM on educational documents. The order is Notary, State HRD on the original degree and transcripts, MEA Attestation, MEA Apostille, then certified Italian translation by translators the Italian Embassy in New Delhi or the Italian Consulate in Mumbai recognise. Class 12 and the consolidated transcript both ride along. We have run this route into Embassy of Italy New Delhi and Italian Consulate Mumbai many times; we will say so plainly when we are confident, and we will check the current VFS Italy India checklist again before any original moves.
Italy DoV versus CIMEA decision
The Italian university decides which of DoV or CIMEA your documents needs. DoV is the Dichiarazione di Valore issued by the Italian Embassy or Consulate after HRD-attested and apostilled documents land. CIMEA issues a statement of comparability through its own platform. The Embassy in New Delhi expressly does not accept SDM on final degrees for DoV, and an affidavit cannot fix a name mismatch with the passport for DoV (a "one and the same" certificate from the Tehsildar can). We help prepare the documents each route asks for; the choice between DoV and CIMEA is your university’s, not an agent’s.
Germany student file with APS verification and sworn translation
Germany’s Academic Evaluation Centre (APS) verifies that the Indian degree and the awarding institution are genuine before the embassy issues the student visa. The India-side documents go through MEA Apostille; sworn German translation comes after. APS interviews happen at the German Embassy in New Delhi. We prepare the document evidence. APS conducts the interview.
France Campus France, Poland student work permit, Czech sworn translation
France runs through Campus France for most non-EU students; the document set includes apostilled academic records and certified French translation. Poland often expects sworn Polish translation alongside apostilled originals, with student work permit rules layered on top once the student arrives. Czech cases usually go to a sworn Czech translator after MEA Apostille. We coordinate the translation side through SiZA Multi Lingual Translators where the destination authority accepts that workflow.
NRI student already at the university, originals still with parents in India
You are already in Italy, Germany or France. The Permesso di Soggiorno renewal, family-reunion request, or post-arrival university check needs an apostilled original that is still in your parents’ cupboard in Kochi, Lucknow or Pune. We coordinate with your parents in India, run the steps, share completion proof on WhatsApp and courier the documents to you in Europe through a tracked international partner.
