Wakala System

The Wakala (Power of Attorney) system in Saudi Arabia allows a legally authorized representative within Saudi Arabia to act on behalf of the employer or employee for specific administrative processes, including document submission to MOFA, Iqama applications, and contract registration. It is a digital, government-regulated authorization system. For Indian workers, the employer's PRO (Public Relations Officer) in Saudi Arabia typically holds the Wakala. QVP (Takamol Qualification Verification Program)

SVP (Takamol Skill Verification Program)
