DataFlow Verification Services in India
GCC healthcare regulators check your Indian credentials through DataFlow before issuing a licence. SCFHS Saudi, DHA Dubai, DOH Abu Dhabi, QCHP Qatar, NHRA Bahrain, OMSB Oman: each one opens its own case. We prepare your file per regulator and run the attestation on the same documents alongside, so both tracks finish close together.

DataFlow Verification Support for GCC Healthcare Licensing
DataFlow is the primary-source verification provider that GCC healthcare regulators use to confirm your credentials. They do not take scanned certificates at face value. DataFlow contacts your university, your nursing or medical council, and your previous employers directly for a fresh verification reply. SiZA does not run DataFlow itself (DataFlow Group is the verification provider). We prepare the credential set per regulator, run the attestation on the same documents alongside, and step in when a source is slow to reply.
DataFlow reports are not transferable between countries. Each destination regulator opens its own case, with its own fee, verification scope, and validity period. A Saudi SCFHS DataFlow does not carry across to UAE DHA. A Qatar QCHP DataFlow does not move to UAE DOH. A nurse moving between GCC countries pays for a fresh case each time, and we spell this out before the first fee is paid so the cost of a planned move is clear from day one.
The slowest part of a stuck case is almost never DataFlow itself; it is the source institution that is not replying. Universities, state nursing councils, and individual practitioner-run hospitals that issued an old experience certificate are uneven in how quickly they respond. When the source is unresponsive, we step in on your behalf: writing to the registrar directly where third-party follow-up is allowed, drafting the candidate's letter where it is not, and requesting DataFlow to accept alternate-method verification (a signed-and-sealed council letter on letterhead is accepted by several Indian state councils that are slow on the standard channel).
GCC healthcare regulators that route through DataFlow
Each destination has its own licensing regulator, its own DataFlow case, and its own licensing exam on top. Kuwait MOH is the exception.
- 1
Saudi Arabia: SCFHS, with Mosaddaqa and Prometric on top
SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) opens DataFlow. Mosaddaqa is a separate Saudi verification programme for some white-collar qualifications. Saudi Prometric is the licensing exam, sat by the candidate at a Prometric centre, not run by SiZA.
- 2
UAE: DHA Dubai, DOH Abu Dhabi, MOH for Northern Emirates
Three separate licensing regulators in the UAE, three separate DataFlow cases (one per emirate licence). DHA also runs the DHA Computer-Based Test for Dubai licensure. Moving between emirates means re-opening DataFlow with the new regulator.
- 3
Qatar: QCHP, with the Pearson VUE exam on top
QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) opens DataFlow. The QCHP licensing exam is run through Pearson VUE.
- 4
Bahrain: NHRA, with the NHRA exam on top
NHRA (National Health Regulatory Authority) opens DataFlow. The NHRA licensing exam follows.
- 5
Oman: OMSB and MOH, with the OMSB exam on top
OMSB (Oman Medical Specialty Board) and MOH (Ministry of Health) handle healthcare licensing. DataFlow opens through the relevant body; the OMSB licensing exam follows.
- 6
Kuwait MOH: rarely uses DataFlow as a standard step
Kuwait's healthcare-licensing sequence leans on Kuwait Embassy attestation (educational documents only at Kuwait Embassy New Delhi), Good Standing Certificate from the Indian council, health licence, PCC and GAMCA. Only specific Kuwait hospitals occasionally ask for DataFlow on top of this. If a Kuwait file is being quoted with DataFlow as a default step, ask the destination hospital in writing first; we will price it honestly either way.
Why SiZA
Credential Checklist Tied To The Regulator
SCFHS asks for the BSc Nursing or GNM Diploma, the State Nursing Council registration, the INC registration, the internship completion, the Good Standing Certificate from the council, and experience certificates from every prior employer. DHA Dubai overlaps with SCFHS but emphasises the DataFlow ID alongside the experience proof. QCHP wants the council registration and the internship certificate specifically. We map the credential set per regulator before any submission, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Kuwait MOH Treated Honestly
Kuwait's standard healthcare file is Kuwait Embassy New Delhi attestation on educational documents, PCC, GAMCA, and visa stamping. DataFlow is requested occasionally by specific Kuwait hospitals, not as a routine MOH requirement. If anyone is quoting you DataFlow as a default Kuwait step, ask the hospital first. We will tell you the same thing.
Non-Transferability Stated Upfront
Each country and each regulator opens its own DataFlow case, with its own fee. A Saudi SCFHS DataFlow does not move to UAE DHA. A Qatar QCHP DataFlow does not move to UAE DOH. A nurse moving between GCC countries pays for a fresh case each time. We spell this out upfront so the cost of a planned move is clear from day one.
Attestation Run Alongside DataFlow
DataFlow takes 45 to 90 working days from a complete submission. The attestation work on the same documents runs alongside, not after. For a Saudi-bound nurse: State HRD on the BSc Nursing or GNM Diploma, then MEA apostille (Saudi is Hague since December 2022). For a UAE-bound nurse: State HRD on educational documents, then MEA attestation, then UAE Embassy and UAE MOFA, both in India through VFS or BLS. For Qatar and Kuwait healthcare files: Qatar Embassy New Delhi or Kuwait Embassy New Delhi. Both tracks finish close together.
Slow-Institution Follow-Up Included
When the source university, state nursing council, or prior employer is not responding to DataFlow, we step in on your behalf: writing to the registrar directly where third-party follow-up is allowed, drafting the candidate's letter where it is not, and requesting DataFlow to accept the alternate-method package (a signed-and-sealed letter on letterhead from the council). This is part of the service, not a separate charge.
Scope Stated Clearly
SiZA does not control how quickly DataFlow itself replies. We do not control how quickly your university or council responds. We do not run the Prometric, DHA, or Pearson VUE licensing exams (you sit those yourself). We do not place you with a hospital or sponsor your visa. SCFHS, DHA, DOH, MOH, QCHP, OMSB and NHRA decide your licence. The hospital decides your job. Our job is to get your credential package ready underneath.
How we handle your file
WhatsApp the destination regulator, the profession, and the credential set
Send the destination country and regulator (SCFHS Saudi, DHA Dubai, DOH Abu Dhabi, MOH Northern Emirates, QCHP Qatar, NHRA Bahrain, OMSB Oman), the profession (nurse, doctor, dentist, pharmacist, physiotherapist, lab technician), and the credential set you have to +91-92201-61774. We confirm the exact document checklist per regulator and identify what is missing before any application opens.
Missing-credential resolution before submission
The single largest cause of DataFlow delay is starting the application with a missing piece. Good Standing Certificate from the relevant council. Internship completion from the training hospital. Experience certificates from every prior employer. State Nursing Council registration that is current. We chase the missing pieces with the candidate and the source institutions before submission, not after.
Parallel attestation on the same documents
While the DataFlow case opens with the regulator, we run the attestation work on the same set of documents on your behalf: State HRD on educational papers (Maharashtra Medical HRD for Maharashtra-trained doctors and nurses), MEA in Delhi, then the destination embassy where the country is non-Hague (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait). Saudi is now Hague (since December 2022) and takes the apostille on educational documents after State HRD. Both tracks finish near-simultaneously rather than one after the other.
DataFlow application open and source follow-up
The candidate's DataFlow application is opened with the correct regulator. DataFlow contacts the source institutions for verification replies; we track which institutions have replied and which have not. For non-responsive universities and councils, we initiate the follow-up channels described above. Window is typically 45 to 90 working days from a complete submission, but heavily depends on source-institution responsiveness.
Completion handoff to the licensing exam or the visa file
When DataFlow clears, the regulator opens the licensing pathway: Saudi Prometric exam or Mosaddaqa for white-collar qualifications, DHA Computer-Based Test for Dubai, QCHP Pearson VUE for Qatar, NHRA exam for Bahrain. The attested document set is by then ready for the visa file. We do not run the exams; we get your credential package ready to walk into them.

Frequently asked questions
My DataFlow has been stuck for weeks because the institution is not responding. What can I do?
A frequent cause of long DataFlow delays is the source institution (your university, employer, or registration council) not responding to DataFlow's verification request. DataFlow follows up two to three times automatically, but applicants are often expected to physically follow up at the institution after about three weeks of silence. Practical steps: contact the institution's verification or registrar office, ask in writing for an internal reference number for the DataFlow verification, and where the institution refuses to respond at all, request DataFlow to switch to alternate verification methods (for many councils, an official letter on letterhead signed and sealed can be accepted). SiZA Global helps NRI applicants liaise with Indian institutions in this gap, especially for nursing and medical councils that are slow to respond by default.
Can I reuse one DataFlow report for Saudi, UAE, and Qatar together?
No. DataFlow reports are not transferable between countries. Each destination country and each regulatory body (SCFHS for Saudi Arabia, DHA / DOH / MOH for the UAE depending on emirate, QCHP for Qatar, NHRA for Bahrain, MOH for Kuwait and Oman) runs its own DataFlow case with its own application fee, its own verification scope, and its own validity period. If you have a Saudi SCFHS DataFlow already verified and you want to move to UAE DHA, a fresh DataFlow case has to be opened with DHA as the recipient regulator. Reusing or sharing a DataFlow PDF from one country with another regulator does not work.
What is DataFlow, and which GCC regulators actually use it?
DataFlow is a primary source verification provider that the destination healthcare regulator instructs to contact your university, your nursing or medical council, and your previous employers directly. The destination regulator does not take your scanned certificates at face value; DataFlow gets a fresh reply from the source institution to confirm that the certificate is genuine, the council registration is current, and the experience claim is accurate. The GCC regulators that route through DataFlow as a standard step: SCFHS in Saudi Arabia, DHA in Dubai, DOH in Abu Dhabi, MOH for the UAE Northern Emirates, QCHP in Qatar, NHRA in Bahrain, OMSB and MOH in Oman. Kuwait MOH is a notable exception: it rarely uses DataFlow as a standard step. The Kuwait healthcare-licensing process leans on Kuwait Embassy attestation (educational documents at New Delhi only), Good Standing Certificate, health licence, PCC and GAMCA. If a Kuwait file is being quoted with DataFlow as a default, confirm with the destination Kuwait hospital before paying.
Which exact credentials does DataFlow want from a nurse or a doctor?
It varies by regulator, but the common set for a nurse is: BSc Nursing degree or GNM Diploma, the consolidated marksheet or transcript, the internship completion certificate from the training hospital, the State Nursing Council registration certificate, the INC (Indian Nursing Council) registration certificate, the Good Standing Certificate from the State Nursing Council (current, usually less than three months old), and the experience certificate from each prior employer. For a doctor: MBBS degree, MD/MS/DNB/DM if specialist, IMC and State Medical Council registration, internship completion, Good Standing Certificate from the IMC, and experience certificates. For a pharmacist: B.Pharm or D.Pharm degree, Pharmacy Council registration, internship, Good Standing, experience. Passport copy and the candidate's clear photograph travel with every file. Where a council's Good Standing has expired, the candidate has to refresh it before DataFlow opens; we tell you that at intake.
How long does DataFlow take, and why does it sometimes get stuck for months?
A complete DataFlow case typically takes 45 to 90 working days from a complete submission, but the variance is wide because the source institution sets the pace, not DataFlow. DataFlow sends its verification letter to your university, your nursing or medical council, and each of your previous employers. When the source institution replies promptly (large state universities, well-organised central universities, modern corporate hospital sequences), the case closes in around 45 working days. When the source institution is slow (some private universities, some state nursing councils with skeleton staff, individual practitioner-run clinics that issued an experience certificate), the case stalls at 60 to 90 working days and sometimes longer. The cause is rarely incomplete documents (we screen for that before submission); it is almost always a source institution that is not replying. We follow up on the candidate's behalf where the institution accepts third-party follow-up, draft the candidate's letter where it does not, and request DataFlow to switch to alternate-method verification (council letter on letterhead with signature and seal) when the standard channel is blocked.
My recruiter says I need DataFlow for Kuwait. Is that right?
Usually not, but ask the destination hospital first. Kuwait's standard healthcare-licensing process runs through Kuwait Embassy New Delhi attestation on the educational documents (with the document-pair rule applied), Good Standing Certificate from the State Nursing or Medical Council, health licence where applicable, PCC, and GAMCA medical. Kuwait MOH does not routinely require DataFlow the way SCFHS, DHA, DOH, MOH-Northern-Emirates, QCHP and NHRA do. Where Kuwait DataFlow appears, it is usually because the specific Kuwait hospital that is hiring asks for it, not because Kuwait MOH demands it across the board. We have seen agents quote DataFlow for Kuwait as a default step and then bill the candidate for an application that the destination did not need. Ask the destination hospital in writing whether DataFlow is required; we will price it honestly if it is, and we will tell you to skip it if it is not.
Is DataFlow the same as Prometric, or are they two different things?
Two different things, in two different stages. DataFlow is the credential verification: your university, your council, and your employers confirm that your certificate is genuine and your registration and experience are accurate. That has to clear before the next stage. Prometric (or DHA Computer-Based Test, or QCHP Pearson VUE, or NHRA exam, or OMSB exam) is the licensing examination the destination regulator runs on the candidate themselves: you sit at a Prometric centre on a specific date, the regulator tests your professional knowledge, and the result becomes the basis for licensure. SCFHS in Saudi runs Prometric; DHA in Dubai runs the DHA CBT; QCHP runs Pearson VUE; NHRA runs the NHRA exam; OMSB runs the OMSB licensing exam. SiZA helps you get DataFlow credential-ready and runs the attestation work on the same documents alongside. We do not run the licensing exams themselves; the candidate sits those.
I am worried about handing originals to an agent. What happens if my certificate is lost?
This is a fair concern. Document-loss complaints are one of the most common reasons people hesitate before sending originals. SiZA Global has handled 100,000+ documents for 20,000+ customers without a single misplaced or mishandled file. Two practical safeguards before you send originals to any provider: insist on a written acknowledgement on receipt (we issue this with the document type, condition, and receiving location), and insist on a tracked return courier with a written consignment number (we use established courier services and share the AWB number). Avoid providers who collect originals in cash without paperwork, take documents to their personal address, or refuse to share the MEA apostille number after completion.
What documents need attestation for Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Arabia document requirements depend on the visa type, job category, document type, and employer instruction. Educational documents usually need State HRD before MEA apostille or a Saudi qualification verification process. Personal documents may need SDM plus MEA apostille, and certified Arabic translation is often needed for personal documents. Work visa files may also involve GAMCA, Wakala, QVP, Mosaddaqa, Saudi Culture Attestation, or SVP depending on the case.
Can I submit documents myself or do you provide pickup?

We handle the complete process: collection, processing, attestation/apostille, and return delivery. You can also drop documents at our office if preferred. Are my original documents safe with SiZA Global?
Yes. Document safety is one of SiZA Global's highest priorities. Original documents are handled with careful custody, acknowledgement on receipt, WhatsApp or email updates, completion proof where appropriate, careful packing, and tracked return delivery. The team treats original personal and company documents as sensitive documents, not ordinary courier papers.
