Privacy Policy
SiZA Global handles original Degrees, Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, and Passports. The privacy of that data, on paper and online, is part of the service. This page explains plainly what we collect, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect
When you reach out to SiZA on the contact form, on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email, we collect the details you choose to share with us. That usually includes your name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, the destination country, the document type, the purpose (work, study, family, business), your deadline, where you are right now, where the original document is, any service preference, and your message. If you send a scan of the document on WhatsApp or by email, we receive that scan and treat it the same way as the original. We do not buy data from third parties and we do not enrich your contact details with outside sources.
For the part of our work that involves your original physical document, we record a Customer ID and a Document ID at intake. Those identifiers travel with the document on a printed checklist through every handoff (Notary, State HRD, MEA, Chamber of Commerce, embassy counter, translator, courier). The checklist and the system entries are operational records, used to keep custody clear and the case auditable.
How we use it
We use what you share to review the case, write you back with the right process, the timeline we commit to, and the cost, run the documentation work you have agreed to, give you updates on WhatsApp or email at each stage, share photos and videos of completed work before dispatch, dispatch the document back, and confirm with you that it has reached you safely. Internal routing may send your enquiry to the right specialist inbox at SiZA (for example apostille, attestation, translation, or B2B partnerships) so that the senior team member with the right expertise answers your case.
Where the digital data lives
Form submissions are stored on Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL platform, used by SiZA as the backend for enquiry records. WhatsApp messages live in the WhatsApp account on our staff devices and the WhatsApp servers. Email lives on our company email infrastructure under the sizaglobal.com domain. Website analytics use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads measurement so we can understand which pages drive useful enquiries; these tools may use cookies or similar browser storage to count visits, ad clicks, and conversions. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser; the website will still work.
Document custody, the physical side
When you courier an original document to our Noida office, it is logged at intake, packaged in waterproof material before any inter-office movement, and carried by tenured SiZA staff who are trained in document handling. It is never moved through third-party parcel apps (Porter, Wefast, Borzo) where document-handling discipline does not exist. Photos and videos are taken when the work is complete, shared on WhatsApp before dispatch, and the return courier is your choice from Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, DTDC Premium, or UPS. Who else sees it
The only third parties that see your data are the ones the case actually requires:
- ·Couriers (Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, DTDC Premium, UPS) for inbound pickup and outbound dispatch. They see your name, address, and tracking metadata, the same details you would give them yourself.
- ·Government counters and embassies in the legalisation process (Notary, State HRD, Home Department, MEA, Chamber of Commerce, foreign embassies, MOFA where applicable). The receiving authority sees the document itself; that is the entire point of attestation.
- ·Partner translators when the case needs certified or sworn translation. They see the document and the languages requested. Translator partners are bound by the same confidentiality expectation as our internal staff.
- ·Payment processors when you pay. We accept UPI, credit card, debit card, and internet banking. Payment providers see what they need to see to process the transaction; we do not store full card numbers on our side.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to recruiters, education consultants, or visa agents you have not asked us to engage with on your behalf.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of the data we hold about your enquiry, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete your enquiry record once the case is complete. We will respond to written requests in a reasonable time. Some operational records (Customer ID, Document ID, courier dispatch logs, payment receipts) may be retained for our internal audit and tax obligations even after a deletion request; we will tell you which records remain and why.
Document genuineness, your part
By sending a document to SiZA Global for processing, you confirm that the document is genuine, lawfully issued to you (or the person you are authorised to act for), and submitted for a lawful purpose. SiZA does not, and will not, process fake, forged, tampered, altered, or non-genuine documents. If we become aware of, or reasonably suspect, that a submitted document is not genuine, we may pause processing and we may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Cookies
We use cookies for site functionality, performance measurement, and advertising attribution. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies may reduce the accuracy of our reporting but will not prevent you from using the site.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or relating to SiZA Global's services is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
