Anti-Scam Notice
Verify SiZA before you send originals
Original Degrees, Birth Certificates, and Passports are the documentary spine of someone's life. If you are reading this because something in another conversation felt off, slow down and use this page. The genuine SiZA Global is locatable, registered, and easy to verify. Imposters always avoid the parts on this page.
What genuine SiZA looks like
SiZA Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Noida-based private limited company. We operate from a real office at C-25, C Block, Sector 8, Noida. Our three published phone numbers are all on WhatsApp. Our public email is on the @sizaglobal.com domain. We are registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Ministry of MSME (Udyam). Our Google Business listing carries reviews and our verified social profiles are linked from this page. Everything else claiming to be SiZA Global, an account on a different domain, a placement offer in our name, a “two-day apostille for anything” deal, a request for upfront cash to a personal account, is not us.
Five checks that take two minutes
Run these checks any time someone messages you in our name. If anyone fails, you are not talking to us.

Calm verification, not panic. Imposters work on speed and pressure. A two-minute check defeats most scams. Read the patterns below, then read the customer questions on Quora and Reddit if you want more independent context, the patterns repeat across hundreds of threads.

Six scam patterns we see
Patterns, not competitors. Sourced from real customer threads on Quora, Reddit, and Indian-NRI communities. If a conversation you are in matches any of them, slow down before sending money or originals.
A "two-day MEA apostille" promise from someone who is not on the MEA list
Same-day or two-day apostille is a red flag for unlisted vendors, fake-stamp risk, and cash-only operations. Genuine 24-hour apostille is possible only for documents already pre-attested and received in our Noida office by 10 PM the previous evening, and only for the original document for the named destination country. Anyone offering a generic "two-day apostille for anything" is selling a shortcut that does not exist.
A job offer, a placement fee, or a visa guarantee using SiZA Global's name
We do not, ever, do recruitment, job placement, manpower supply, candidate sourcing, overseas hiring, or admission offers. We are not allowed to do any of these and we have no commercial reason to start. If a message arrives in our name promising a Gulf job, a Europe job, a nursing post in Saudi Arabia, or a guaranteed visa, the message is from a scammer and the money you send will be lost.
Asking for upfront full payment without a written quote or document review
Our policy is to collect payment after the work is complete, on UPI, credit card, debit card, or internet banking. A small advance on a multi-step or long case may be requested but it is always preceded by a written quote on WhatsApp or email, a review of the actual document, and a clear timeline commitment. A demand for full upfront payment to a personal account, with no written quote and no document review, is a scam pattern.
Wrong-process advice that costs months and a visa appointment
An agent who tells you that Italy needs only SDM (it requires State HRD before MEA apostille for educational documents), or that Kuwait will attest a single degree without its transcript pair, or that you can apostille a colour print of an MEA-issued PCC, is either untrained or knowingly cutting corners. Either way the customer pays for it later, sometimes in months, sometimes in a missed visa slot. If the advice you have been given does not match what you read on our country pages, ask us before sending originals anywhere.
A messaging-only operation with no real office, no MCA registration, no Udyam number, no reviews older than a week
A genuine documentation business is locatable. The legal entity is registered. There is an office a customer can walk into. The Google Business listing has months of real reviews, not five reviews from the same week. Imposter accounts on social media show none of this and avoid being pinned down on a verifiable address.
Asking for originals with no tracking number, no photo of submission, and no system-of-record
Once you courier an original Degree or Birth Certificate, you should get a courier tracking number on the way in, a photo of the document received in our office, a Customer ID and a Document ID, and updates at every handoff. If an agent asks for originals without any of this, your document is moving in someone's memory, not in a system. That is how originals get lost.
What SiZA does not do
These are not soft preferences. They are policy. We will not do them for any customer, for any partner, at any price.
- ·Recruitment, job placement, manpower supply, candidate sourcing, or overseas hiring
- ·Admission offers, scholarship promises, or guaranteed university placement
- ·Guaranteed visa, guaranteed apostille, guaranteed embassy, or guaranteed government decisions of any kind
- ·Processing fake, forged, tampered, altered, or non-genuine documents
- ·Full upfront payment to a personal account, with no written quote, no document review, and no Customer ID at intake
- ·Bypassing State HRD personal-appearance rules (Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, most of Uttarakhand, parts of Karnataka). No agent can appear for you in those states. Anyone who claims otherwise is lying.

- 1Pause the conversation you are in. Imposters press for urgency. Two minutes will not cost you a real opportunity.
- 2Open WhatsApp and send "Is this conversation legitimate?" along with a screenshot to one of our published numbers: +91 92201 61774. We will tell you yes or no.
- 3Email contact@sizaglobal.com from your own address. Replies come from the same @sizaglobal.com domain. A reply that comes from any other domain is not us.
- 4Search the Google Business listing linked above. If the reviewer history, photos, and Noida address do not match what your other contact is showing you, the other contact is not us.
- 5If you have already sent money to an imposter, save the chat, save the payment proof, file a complaint at https://cybercrime.gov.in, and let us know so we can escalate the impersonation.
