Saudi work visas for degree holders in white-collar roles often need QVP (Takamol Qualification Verification Program), Mosaddaqa, or Saudi Culture Attestation, depending on the job code, category and title. State HRD on the original degree is mandatory before MEA Apostille. Arabic translation by translators the Saudi mission recognises. Wakala system on the employer side, GAMCA mandatory. UAE white-collar with degree apostille, UAE Embassy plus MOFA in India

UAE work visas for white-collar staff need MEA Apostille on the degree, often experience attestation, and UAE Embassy plus UAE MOFA done together in India. Dubai is e-visa, no GAMCA, no passport stamping. Abu Dhabi makes GAMCA mandatory and asks for passport stamping. VFS Global is the official UAE Embassy submission partner in India; we coordinate through that channel where applicable.

Qatar white-collar with State HRD or Home, Qatar Embassy plus MOFA in Doha

Qatar mandates Notary, State HRD or Home, MEA, Qatar Embassy in New Delhi, and Qatar MOFA in Doha. There is no urgent slot on the Qatar Embassy leg. We plan the joining date around that. After India, the bundle goes to Doha through established in-country partners for the MOFA leg.

Software professional or consultant onsite to UK, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland

Onsite to the UK, Germany, Netherlands or Ireland. MEA Apostille on the degree and experience documents where the employer or destination authority asks. Germany asks for APS verification through the German Embassy in New Delhi before the work visa. Sworn translation in German, Dutch or French as required. UK student-visa-style ECCTIS verification is not applicable to most work applications; we will name the right verification for your destination.

Kuwait employment visa stamping after Kuwait-side visa issuance

Kuwait employment visa stamping happens in India at Kuwait Embassy New Delhi or Kuwait Consulate Mumbai after the visa is issued in Kuwait and the employer or sponsor sends you the PDF. PCC, original passport, photos, GAMCA medical and (for children in family inclusion) a vaccination certificate. Normal 5 to 15 days, urgent up to 3 days maximum when the visa is issued and documents are ready.

Which Saudi verification applies to my job, QVP, Mosaddaqa or Saudi Culture Attestation?
The Saudi side decides based on job category, job code and title. SiZA guides which verification process fits the offer once it’s in hand. QVP, Mosaddaqa or Saudi Culture Attestation approval is not for us to promise; what we prepare is the documents the route asks for.
Is HRD always required for a GCC work case?
For Saudi Arabia, yes (State HRD before MEA Apostille on educational documents). For Italy among Europe, yes. For UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, the sequence usually runs through SDM or Home for educational documents that do not need HRD. State requirements can vary by university; we confirm before quoting the steps.
My experience certificate is from a small company in Bangalore. Will it attest cleanly?
Smaller-employer experience certificates attest cleanly if the employer is on Indian company records, the letter is on letterhead, the dates and designations are clear, and the signatory is authorised. We will flag any of those points before the attestation order starts so the certificate is fixed at the source, not partway through.
I am ECR. Will SiZA handle emigration clearance?
Yes. Emigration clearance for ECR passports is part of the visa documentation work. We will name what the ECR passport needs at intake.
Does Kuwait visa stamping run urgent?
Yes, up to 3 days maximum in urgent cases, when the visa is issued in Kuwait and the documents (PCC, original passport, photos, GAMCA result, vaccination certificate for children) are ready. Normal Kuwait visa stamping is 5 to 15 days.
My degree is from a state with HRD personal appearance mandatory. Can SiZA still process it?
No agent can stand in for the candidate where HRD personal appearance is mandatory (Rajasthan, J and K, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, most Uttarakhand cases, certain Karnataka regions). We will say so plainly and prepare every other leg around it.
Is recruitment or job-search included?
No. Recruitment, candidate placement and manpower supply are all outside what SiZA does. Documents come to us only after the job offer is in your hand.
I am already abroad on an old assignment. My original degree is with my family in India. How does the application move?
Send scans on WhatsApp first. We confirm the route. Your family couriers the originals to our Noida office with a reference number we issue. We handle the work, share completion photos before dispatch, and courier the documents to you through Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, DTDC Premium or UPS. Case closes when you confirm receipt on WhatsApp.
