Admission with the university, which often runs through a WES or ECE credential evaluation of the Indian degree and marksheets. The university then issues the Form I-20 with a SEVIS ID. WES Required and WES Course-by-Course evaluations have specific document-source rules: many WES reports want documents mailed direct from the issuing Indian institution, not via the student. Class 10 and Class 12 board apostille where the university asks
Many US universities accept apostilled Class 10 and Class 12 board certificates from CBSE, ICSE or state boards as part of the admission file. The apostille goes on the original board certificate. Where the marksheet is a DigiLocker print, we will name what the receiving university accepts as the apostille subject before any original moves.
