An Indian student going to a US university on an F1 visa has three parallel processes. Admission with the university, which often runs through a WES or ECE credential evaluation of the Indian degree and marksheets. The university then issues the Form I-20 with a SEVIS ID. The student pays the SEVIS fee, books a US embassy or consulate appointment, attends the visa interview with the I-20 and supporting documents, and on approval flies in.
While you sit the visa interview, we put the India-side documents together. Degree apostille, marksheet apostille, Class 12 board certificate apostille, Class 10 board certificate apostille (where the university or evaluator asks), birth certificate apostille for the visa application, and PCC apostille where the visa stream specifically asks. Some US universities or state authorities want WES-evaluated, attested-then-mailed-direct copies; we will name the specific evidence flow your application uses. In India the order goes Notary, SDM or HRD by category, MEA Attestation, MEA Apostille.

WES, ECE or similar credential evaluation
Most US universities use World Education Services (WES) or Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) to evaluate Indian degrees and marksheets. WES Required and WES Course-by-Course evaluations have specific document-source rules: many WES reports want documents mailed direct from the issuing Indian institution, not via the student. We coordinate with the Indian college on the WES instruction, prepare apostille where the receiving university wants it on top, and pair the two evidence flows.
Class 10 and Class 12 board apostille where the university asks
Many US universities accept apostilled Class 10 and Class 12 board certificates from CBSE, ICSE or state boards as part of the admission file. The apostille goes on the original board certificate. Where the marksheet is a DigiLocker print, we will name what the receiving university accepts as the apostille subject before any original moves.

Students already in the USA needing additional apostilled originals for an OPT extension, a transfer, or a post-arrival university check.
