Can SiZA handle batches of 50 to 100 employee documents at a time?
Yes. Bulk is part of the B2B side of the business. Each employee gets a customer ID, each document gets a document ID, a printed checklist travels with the paperwork, and the HR contact sees the same case-by-case status the employee sees.
How is confidentiality maintained for sensitive director or executive cases?
Access is limited to staff actually moving the submission. Files are not discussed outside the authorised contact list. Tracking is by customer ID and document ID, not by employee or company name only.
Do you offer dedicated account management for ongoing corporate work?
Yes. One account contact per company is the default. Monthly billing is available where the volume justifies it; pricing is case-by-case because volume and destination mix change the sequence.
My company has a corporate travel desk. Does SiZA work through them or with the employees directly?
Either. Where a corporate travel desk exists, SiZA usually works with the desk as the single account contact, and the desk routes status to the individual employee. Where the company prefers individual employee contact, we route that way.
Can SiZA help with HRD in personal-appearance states like Rajasthan or J and K?
For Rajasthan, J and K, Himachal Pradesh and Meghalaya, candidate personal appearance is mandatory. No agent can stand in. We will say so plainly and prepare everything else around that constraint instead of promising what we cannot deliver.
What about Saudi QVP, Mosaddaqa and Saudi Culture Attestation, who decides which one applies?
The Saudi side decides based on job category, job code and title. SiZA guides which verification process fits the employee. Approval is for them to give, never for us to promise; what we prepare is the documents the chosen route asks for.
Do you publish a corporate rate card?
No. Rates depend on document type, destination, urgency, HRD state, courier and third-party fees. Send the employee list and document inventory; we will quote case-by-case. Volume aggregation gets partner-side rates.
Can you handle dependents and family cases for relocated employees in the same batch?
Yes. Each dependent gets a separate customer ID under the employee’s case. Marriage and birth certificate apostille, Arabic translation for GCC family inclusion, vaccination certificate legalisation for Saudi: all in the same batch where the destination allows.
