Medical Translation for Global Health Authorities
We prepare documents for all major international healthcare licensing bodies — including DataFlow-ready document sets, attestation coordination, and certified translation.
DataFlow PSV (All GCC)
Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain
DataFlow Primary Source Verification is required for healthcare licensing in Saudi Arabia (SCFHS), UAE (DHA/DOH/MOH), Qatar (QCHP), Kuwait (MOH), Oman (OMSB/MOH), and Bahrain (NHRA). All documents submitted to DataFlow must be accurate and certified. SiZA Global prepares and certifies all documents required for your DataFlow application.
SCFHS — Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
Saudi Arabia
SCFHS is the licensing body for all healthcare professionals in Saudi Arabia — doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health. SCFHS requires certified translation of all Indian medical credentials not in Arabic or English, plus DataFlow verification.
DHA / DOH / MOH — UAE Health Authorities
UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, other emirates)
UAE has three licensing authorities: DHA (Dubai), DOH (Abu Dhabi), and MOH (other emirates). All require DataFlow and may require certified translation of credentials not in English. SiZA Global provides translation meeting each authority's specific requirements.
AHPRA — Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Australia
AHPRA registers doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals in Australia. Credentials from India must be apostilled and may need NAATI-certified English translation. SiZA Global provides NAATI-standard medical translation for AHPRA applications.
QCHP — Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners
Qatar
QCHP manages healthcare licensing in Qatar. All Indian healthcare professionals must complete DataFlow verification and submit certified translations of credentials not in Arabic or English.
NMC UK — Nursing and Midwifery Council
United Kingdom
Indian nurses applying for NMC registration in the UK need apostilled nursing registration certificates and transcripts. English translations are required only for documents not already in English.

Why Medical Translation Needs Domain Specialists
Clinical Terminology Accuracy
Medical specialization names, drug compounds, clinical procedures, and diagnostic terms have precise equivalents in each language. A mistranslated specialization on a registration certificate can cause licensing rejection. Our medical translators have healthcare backgrounds.
DataFlow-Ready Formatting
DataFlow and GCC health authorities have specific expectations for how translated documents should be presented. Our translations are formatted to meet these requirements — title pages, certification statements, and document structure all aligned to authority expectations.
Confidentiality & Security
Medical documents contain sensitive personal and clinical information. SiZA Global handles all medical translation with strict confidentiality — documents are never shared with unauthorized parties and are handled on a need-to-know basis only.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do DataFlow documents need certified translation?
For DataFlow Primary Source Verification, the documents themselves (degree, marksheets, registration certificates) are verified in their original form — translation is not always required by DataFlow directly. However, for subsequent licensing with SCFHS, DHA, DOH, or QCHP, certified Arabic translation may be required for documents not in English. SiZA Global advises on exactly which documents need translation at which stage.
Is medical translation different from regular certified translation?
Yes. Medical translation requires translators with specific healthcare and clinical knowledge. A general translator may render medical terminology inaccurately — for example, the exact name of a medical specialization, a drug compound, or a clinical procedure. SiZA Global uses translators with medical domain expertise, not general literary translators.
Do you translate nursing registration certificates for GCC?
Yes. Nursing registration certificates from the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and state nursing councils are among our most commonly translated documents for GCC healthcare licensing. We provide certified translations accepted by SCFHS, DHA, DOH, MOH Kuwait, QCHP, and NHRA Bahrain.
Can you translate medical documents for AHPRA in Australia?
Yes. For AHPRA registration, Indian healthcare professionals need apostilled degree certificates and, where documents are not in English, NAATI-standard certified translations. SiZA Global provides complete AHPRA document preparation — apostille and NAATI-standard medical translation coordinated as a single service.
How long does medical translation take?
Standard medical credential documents (1–5 pages) typically take 2–4 working days. Clinical records, lengthy reports, or pharmaceutical documents may take longer. 24–48 hour urgent turnaround is available. Contact us on WhatsApp for urgent medical translation.
Do you help with the full DataFlow application, not just translation?
SiZA Global specializes in DataFlow document preparation — ensuring all documents are correctly attested, certified, and formatted for DataFlow submission. We also handle the attestation chain (HRD → MEA → Embassy) for credentials that need it before DataFlow. We coordinate the complete document preparation, though the DataFlow application itself is submitted by the candidate or their employer.
