Certified Translation

Certified Translation Services in Delhi

Certified translation services in Delhi are used for visa files, apostilled documents, embassy submissions, DataFlow and legal papers. We first check who will read the translation, because a normal certified translation, sworn translation and embassy-approved translation are not the same thing.

People usually search for certified translation in Delhi when a deadline is already close. Maybe VFS asked for a translated birth certificate. Maybe a university wants the degree translated after apostille. Maybe a hospital in the Gulf wants council registration and good standing translated for a healthcare file.

The first question is not language. The first question is who will accept the translation. Spain may ask for Spanish sworn translation. Italy may ask for an Embassy or Consulate-empanelled translator. France can be strict about accepted translators. A UAE or Kuwait file may need Arabic translation after embassy attestation so the stamps are included.

Think of it like school homework with a specific format. If the teacher says "answer in the notebook", a loose sheet may be neat but still wrong. Translation is similar. A perfect translation in the wrong accepted format can still get rejected.

SiZA Global Solutions Private Limited is based in Delhi NCR, so many customers from Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Faridabad send scans first, then decide whether the original needs to move for apostille or embassy work.

Certified, sworn or embassy-authorised translation: which one do you need?

A certified translation carries a translator or agency declaration. That may be enough for a company, school, DataFlow case or authority that simply asks for a certified English translation. A sworn translation is narrower. It is prepared by a translator appointed or recognised under the destination country's legal system. A notary stamp on an ordinary translation does not turn it into a sworn translation.

Country rules make this practical. Spain commonly asks for a traduccion jurada by a translator recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Czech long-term visa and residence documents need an officially certified Czech translation from an authorised translator. Italy may ask for translation and conformity or legalisation through the Embassy or Consulate process. France can ask for a traducteur assermente for official use. The authority name matters more than the word certified in an agency quotation.

Send us the exact visa category, city of submission and checklist. Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bengaluru can fall under different consular jurisdictions. SiZA Global Solutions Private Limited uses that information to tell you whether a certified translator in Delhi is suitable or whether the file needs a destination-country sworn or consulate-accepted translator.

Certified vs sworn translation guideSworn translation services

When translation and apostille are both needed, the order matters

Suppose a student in Noida has a PCC for a Spanish visa. If the Spanish authority needs the apostille text in Spanish too, the PCC should be apostilled first and then sent for Spanish sworn translation. Translating the clean PCC first leaves the apostille sticker outside the translated set. The student then pays for an extra page and may lose the appointment window.

The order can change when an Indian authority must first understand a document written in another language. That is less common for Indian-issued English or regional-language certificates, but it can happen with foreign documents being used in India. We do not use one fixed rule. We read the source document and the receiving authority instruction together.

  • For apostilled Indian documents, ask whether the apostille sticker must be translated
  • For embassy-attested Gulf files, ask whether Arabic translation should include the embassy and MOFA stamps
  • For DataFlow, check whether English translation is needed for a regional-language certificate before opening the case
  • For urgent work, share clear scans and the authority email before asking for a delivery time

Do not choose a translator until these points are clear

Translate after apostille, translator format matters

  1. 1

Certified translation is not automatically sworn translation.

  2. 2

For Spain, Czech Republic, Germany and some France or Italy files, translator authority matters more than the logo on the page.

  3. 3

For apostilled documents, translation often works best after the stamp is on.

Timeline, common mistakes and why customers choose SiZA

What decides the delivery date

  • Language pair and number of pages
  • Whether apostille or embassy stamps must be included
  • Sworn or embassy-approved translator availability
  • Hard copy courier requirement
  • Name mismatch or handwritten seals

Why a good translation can still be refused

  • Ordering a normal certified translation when Spain or Czech Republic needs sworn translation
  • Translating before apostille when the stamp also needs translation
  • Sending cropped photos where the seal or reverse side is missing
  • Using different spelling from the passport
  • Treating all embassy translation rules as the same

Why SiZA on language-specific translation

  • We ask who will read the translation before we quote
  • We handle certified, sworn and embassy-accepted formats through the right translator network
  • SiZA Global Solutions Private Limited connects translation with apostille, attestation and DataFlow work
  • We keep the explanation simple, so you know why a certain translation type is needed

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between certified translation and sworn translation?

Certified translation is usually signed and stamped by a translator or agency. Sworn translation is done by a translator recognised by a court or government system in the destination country. They are not the same. Spain and Czech Republic often need sworn translation for official work.

Can I get certified translation services in Delhi without visiting your office?

Most translation quotes start from scans on WhatsApp or email. You only need to send the original if apostille, attestation or a hard-copy authority check is also part of the file.

Should translation happen before or after apostille?

If the destination wants the apostille stamp translated, do translation after apostille. If translation is needed before a state authority can read the document, we do it earlier. The order depends on the receiving authority.

Does France Embassy accept every certified translation?

France-related files can be strict. Some submissions accept certified translation, while some need a translator accepted by the French authority. We check the visa or consular instruction before starting.

I live in Noida but searched for certified translation services in Delhi. Can SiZA help?

Delhi NCR customers often search Delhi because that is where embassies, VFS offices and MEA work are familiar. We handle Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Faridabad requests from scans first.

Can you translate DataFlow documents for nurses and doctors?

Medical degree, registration, good standing, experience and council documents can be translated for DataFlow-linked files. We also explain which parts belong to DataFlow and which parts belong to attestation or apostille.

What should I send for a translation quote?

Send a clear scan of every page, the target language, destination country, purpose and any email or checklist from the authority. The checklist is often the most useful part.

Can SiZA Global Solutions Private Limited handle translation and apostille together?

We can review the document, complete apostille or attestation where needed, then prepare the translation in the accepted format.
