If your destination is Brazil for government use (visa, civil registry, immigration, university, work), do not pay for India-side Portuguese translation. Brazil only accepts TPIC translation done in Brazil.

Brazil is the unusual case. The Brazilian government requires a TPIC (Tradutor Público e Intérprete Comercial / tradutor juramentado), who must be a Brazilian citizen, civil-service-licensed and resident in Brazil. India-side Portuguese translation, even certified, is not accepted by Brazilian government use (visa, civil registry, immigration, university). India-side work is limited to apostille and English source.

Portugal (court-recognised translation)

Portugal and Brazil are different translation systems
