DataFlow Verification
DataFlow Verification for UAE Healthcare Professionals
Licensing authority for this route
DHA / DOH / MOH UAE / SEHA
Covers Dubai (DHA), Abu Dhabi (DOH + SEHA), and other emirates (MOH UAE). DataFlow PSV is the universal credential check, but the licensing pathway differs per authority, credential format, good standing validity, and experience-letter expectations all matter at the document-prep stage, before any DataFlow case is opened.
DataFlow Primary Source Verification for the UAE is fragmented across three licensing authorities, DHA for Dubai, DOH (formerly HAAD) for Abu Dhabi, and MOH UAE for Sharjah / Ajman / Umm Al Quwain / Ras Al Khaimah / Fujairah. SEHA, the Abu Dhabi government hospital network, sits under DOH. The DataFlow profile typically has to be opened against the specific authority where the job offer or hospital sits; cross-authority reuse is employer-specific, not a default.
Indian healthcare files going through DataFlow for the UAE usually include the qualification (MBBS / BDS / B.Pharm / GNM / B.Sc Nursing or higher), the State Medical / Nursing / Pharmacy Council registration certificate (Indian council, not the destination council), Good Standing from the issuing council, and experience certificates from hospitals or clinics where the candidate worked. Names across these documents must match the passport; mismatch is one of the most common DataFlow "unable to verify" outcomes.
SiZA Global coordinates the document side from India: scan review against the DHA / DOH / MOH UAE checklist, identification of any missing pre-requisite (good standing, experience letters in the exact format required, council registration in current validity), and the parallel attestation chain where the same documents also need MEA apostille or UAE Embassy attestation for the visa file. Send a clear scan of the qualification, registration, and any existing DataFlow login on WhatsApp +91-9220161774 and we share the realistic timeline (45-90 working days from clean submission) and quote before any fees move.
Parallel tracks, not sequential
Three tracks running at once
Track 1
DataFlow primary source verification
Track 2
India-side attestation for the visa file
Track 3
Certified Arabic translation where required
Treating these as sequential adds weeks. SiZA opens all three at the start so the file completes inside the destination authority\'s expected window.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which UAE healthcare authority needs DataFlow (DHA, MOH, or DOH)?
It depends on which emirate the job is in. Dubai uses DHA (Dubai Health Authority). Abu Dhabi uses DOH (Department of Health). The northern emirates, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, fall under MOH UAE (Ministry of Health and Prevention). Abu Dhabi government hospitals operate under SEHA. Each authority requires its own DataFlow Primary Source Verification before the licence is issued, so the candidate's first question should be which emirate and which hospital. SiZA Global reviews the employer letter or job offer at scan stage and confirms the right authority before any DataFlow case is opened.
Can I use one DataFlow report across multiple UAE authorities?
Sometimes, but not as a rule. A DataFlow report opened for one UAE authority (say DHA) is occasionally accepted by another (say DOH) when the candidate moves between emirates. This is decided case by case by the receiving authority, not by DataFlow. Before paying for a fresh PSV, ask the new employer and the new authority whether they will accept the existing report. Where they do, the saving is meaningful, around AED 1,000 plus the second turnaround. Where they will not, a fresh case has to be opened. SiZA Global helps candidates put this question in writing so the decision is on record, not informal.
What documents does DataFlow need for UAE?
The core set for most UAE healthcare files is the original qualification certificate (BSc Nursing, GNM, MBBS, BDS, BPharm, BPT and so on), Indian council registration (INC or the state nursing council, NMC, DCI, PCI, etc.), Good Standing Certificate from the issuing council, experience letters on hospital letterhead with role, dates and supervisor contact, and the Class 12 or HSC marksheet (DHA in particular asks for this for nurses). Doctors add internship completion, the post-graduate degree and specialty registration where applicable. Identity documents include passport copy and the employer's offer letter or licence application reference. The candidate's name should be consistent across every document; mismatches are the most common reason DataFlow returns "unable to verify".
How long does UAE DataFlow take?
A clean UAE DataFlow case typically closes in 45 to 90 working days. Nurse files often move on the faster side; doctor files with multiple verifications (MBBS, internship, post-graduate degree, council, hospital experience) take longer because each source is contacted separately. Files get delayed when the institution does not respond to DataFlow on time (rare for established universities, more common for older or merged institutions), when an experience letter is missing supervisor contact details, or when the name on one certificate does not match the passport. SiZA Global reviews the document set before the case is opened so the avoidable delays are caught in advance, not after the verification clock has started.

Stories from healthcare professionals on this route
“UAE DOH requires DataFlow PSV clearance. My file included dental degree, MDS, DCI registration, and two employer letters. SiZA organised the file, submitted to DataFlow, and followed up on one slow primary source. Got clearance in time for my DOH exam registration deadline. They know the UAE health licensing process well.”
