DataFlow Verification
DataFlow Verification for Doctors and Physicians
DataFlow Primary Source Verification for Indian doctors covers MBBS, MD / MS, DM / MCh / DNB, and any specialty fellowship the candidate carries. Doctors going to any Gulf country (SCFHS (Saudi), QCHP (Qatar), DHA / DOH / MOH UAE, Kuwait MOH, OMSB (Oman), NHRA (Bahrain)) must clear DataFlow PSV before licensing or employer onboarding. Each authority maintains its own PSV profile; cross-authority reuse is employer-specific, not automatic.
The Indian-doctor DataFlow file typically includes the MBBS degree certificate (with state HRD authentication parallel-tracked for the visa file), MD / MS specialty degree where applicable, internship completion certificate, Indian Medical Council / State Medical Council registration certificate, Good Standing certificate from the council, and detailed experience letters from each hospital or clinic. Specialty fellowship certificates (DM, MCh, fellowship in cardiology, neurology, etc.) are also part of the file where relevant.
SiZA Global coordinates the India-side document preparation for doctor DataFlow files: format review against the destination-authority checklist, council good-standing requests, university verification (where the destination wants a parallel apostille on the degree), and the certified Arabic translation where the visa file requires it. Send MBBS, MD / MS, council registration, and experience letters on WhatsApp +91-9220161774 and we share the realistic 60-90 working day window and quote before any fees move.
Parallel tracks, not sequential
Three tracks running at once
Track 1
DataFlow primary source verification
Track 2
India-side attestation for the visa file
Track 3
Certified Arabic translation where required
Treating these as sequential adds weeks. SiZA opens all three at the start so the file completes inside the destination authority\'s expected window.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does a doctor need DataFlow for every Gulf country separately?
Yes, generally each Gulf authority requires its own DataFlow Primary Source Verification: SCFHS for Saudi, QCHP for Qatar, DHA, DOH or MOH UAE depending on the emirate, OMSB for Oman, NHRA for Bahrain, Kuwait MOH where applicable. A report opened for one authority is not automatically transferable to another, and many Gulf moves between countries mean a fresh PSV. Some authorities occasionally accept a recently-completed DataFlow for an adjacent specialty or grade, but this is a written exception, not the rule. SiZA Global helps candidates check this in writing with the next authority before they pay a duplicate fee.
What documents does DataFlow need for doctors?
The standard doctor set is MBBS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, NMC (formerly MCI) registration, state medical council registration (current, not lapsed), post-graduate degree where applicable, specialty exam clearance, specialty registration, and structured experience letters from each hospital with role, dates, department and supervisor contact. Post-PG specialists add specialty council registration and any teaching or supervisory experience documentation. The candidate's name should be consistent across every document; mismatches between MBBS, PG and passport are the single most common rejection.
Are MCI and state council registration both needed?
Yes, in most Gulf files both NMC (which absorbed MCI from 2020) and the state medical council registration are verified. NMC is the central Indian regulator; state medical council registration is the operating registration that allows the doctor to practise in a specific state. Lapsed state council registration (failure to renew on time) is a frequent cause of DataFlow delay because the council shows the doctor as inactive. The fix is to renew before the DataFlow case is opened, which is faster than reopening the case after a "registration not active" finding. SiZA Global checks the registration status at scan review.
How long does doctor DataFlow take?
A clean doctor DataFlow case typically closes in 60 to 90 working days. Specialist files (MD, MS, DM, MCh, fellowship) usually run on the longer side because each verification source is contacted separately: MBBS institution, internship hospital, NMC, state medical council, PG institution, specialty board and each prior employer. Files get delayed when an older institution responds slowly, when a specialty's Indian name does not map cleanly to the Gulf category (re-classification often adds two weeks), or when an experience letter lacks supervisor detail. SiZA Global reviews the full file before the case is opened so the avoidable delays are caught at the document side.
