For Bulgarian translation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria maintains a register of accredited translation agencies. Most Bulgarian authorities, including universities, the Single Permit office, and municipalities, accept Bulgarian translation done by an MFA-Bulgaria-listed agency. We coordinate translation through accredited agencies after the apostille so the apostille text and stamps are also rendered in Bulgarian.
For medical students, the entry exam at the Bulgarian medical university (biology and chemistry in English) is the gate. We do not prepare you for the exam. We do prepare the apostilled and Bulgarian-translated 10+2 marksheets, transfer certificate, and birth certificate that the admission and visa file expect.

I am applying to Medical University of Sofia. What documents do I need from India?
For Indian medical and dental admissions in Bulgaria, the case usually wants apostilled 10+2 marksheets and certificate, NEET scorecard (where the university recognises it), birth certificate, and PCC. Each goes through State HRD or SDM or Home, then MEA apostille, then Bulgarian translation. The entrance exam in Bulgaria and the admission decision are decided by the university, not by us.
Is the Bulgarian MD degree valid across the EU and in India?
The Bulgarian MD is recognised across the EU. For practice in India, MD graduates from Bulgaria need to clear the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination, now NExT) administered by the National Medical Commission in India.
