Embassy Attestation
Medical Certificate Attestation for Visa and Embassy Use
Medical certificate attestation depends on the country, visa type and who issued the certificate. A GAMCA medical report, a doctor-issued medical certificate, a hospital fitness certificate and a visa medical form are not always treated the same way.

Medical certificate paperwork sounds easy until the embassy, employer or visa centre asks for a specific format. A nurse going to Kuwait, a worker going to Saudi, a student applying for Spain and a family applicant for UAE may all say "medical certificate", but they may not mean the same document.
Start by naming the exact medical paper
GAMCA is a Gulf medical testing system. Attestation is a document legalisation step. They are connected in some visa files, but they are not the same thing. If someone asks for a GAMCA medical certificate, first check whether they mean the online medical report, a printed fitness certificate, or an attested supporting medical paper.
Medical files often mix two different jobs. A technician from Hyderabad gets a Kuwait job. The employer asks for GAMCA and also sends a separate medical fitness certificate format. The GAMCA appointment solves the medical test part. The certificate format may still need attestation or translation depending on the employer instruction.
SiZA Global Solutions Private Limited checks the document type, destination and visa purpose before telling you whether medical certificate attestation, apostille, translation or only GAMCA is needed.
A visa medical, Wafid report, fitness letter and good standing certificate are different documents
A Wafid medical is a pre-departure health screening booked through the official system for visa categories and destinations that use it. A doctor-issued fitness letter is a separate statement about health or ability to travel. A visa medical form may have fixed wording supplied by a consulate. A good standing certificate is a professional record issued for a doctor, nurse or other regulated professional; it is not a personal health report.
The difference changes the work. A Wafid result is handled inside the screening system. A hospital or doctor certificate may need notary, state authentication, MEA apostille or embassy attestation, depending on the issuer and destination. A healthcare good standing certificate can also sit in a DataFlow verification file. Calling all four papers a medical certificate leads to the wrong quote and the wrong first authority.
Send the scan and the written instruction. SiZA Global Solutions Private Limited will tell you the exact attestation, apostille, translation or verification requirement. We will also say when no legalisation is needed. A government stamp should not be sold as a cure for an incorrect medical format.

The issuer and destination decide the legalisation steps
A medical paper should show the patient name, date, doctor or hospital name, signature, seal and registration details where the form requires them. Apostille or embassy stamps cannot repair a missing doctor identity or expired report. We check document readiness before the original moves.
For a Hague country, an eligible Indian medical document may need MEA apostille when the visa or receiving authority asks for legalisation. For a non-Hague country, the written requirement may call for MEA and embassy attestation. Translation is usually prepared after the final stamps when those stamps also need to be read in Spanish, Arabic or another language.
- Worker: send the employer or sponsor medical instruction and visa category
- Student: send the current consulate or university form, not an old sample from a group chat
- Family applicant: confirm whether the certificate is for visa, insurance, school or residence use
- Healthcare professional: keep DataFlow, licence good standing and personal medical screening in separate folders

Timeline, common mistakes and why customers choose SiZA
Why the medical-file time varies
- Document issuer and format
- Destination country and visa type
- Embassy, MOFA or apostille requirement
- Whether GAMCA appointment or report is pending
- Translation language and urgency
Mix-ups between screening and legalisation
- Treating GAMCA medical report and medical certificate attestation as the same thing

- Skipping translation where the employer or authority needs it
- Assuming every medical certificate has a fixed timeline
- Sending a certificate without doctor registration, seal or date
Why SiZA on the embassy route
- We separate medical testing, attestation, apostille and translation in plain language
- We handle Gulf worker, healthcare and long-stay visa document files
- SiZA Global Solutions Private Limited checks the employer or embassy instruction before moving originals

Frequently Asked Questions
Is medical certificate attestation required for Kuwait visa?
It depends on the visa category and employer instruction. Kuwait files often involve GAMCA and sometimes separate attested medical or health documents. We check the exact paper before quoting.
Is GAMCA the same as medical certificate attestation?
GAMCA is the medical test/report system used for Gulf work visa medical screening. Attestation is a document stamp process. A file can involve both, but they solve different problems.
Which countries accept GAMCA?
Use the official Wafid booking portal to check whether your destination and visa category are covered. Do not rely on an old list or assume every Gulf visa uses the same screening. The destination shown in the live booking flow is the practical check.
Does a Spain visa medical certificate need apostille or translation?
Spain visa medical certificates can need Spanish wording or sworn translation depending on the consulate and visa type. Some files need apostille on Indian-issued documents. We check the current checklist before advising.
Can a hospital-issued medical certificate be attested?
Often yes, if it has proper issuer details, doctor registration, signature, seal and date. If the document format is weak, the receiving authority may refuse it even after stamps.
Should Arabic translation happen before or after medical certificate attestation?
Usually after the final stamps if those stamps need to appear in Arabic. If the employer gives a different written instruction, we follow that.
How long does medical certificate attestation take?
There is no single honest timeline. It depends on the issuer, country, embassy, MOFA and translation. MEA alone is faster; the full file may take longer.
What should I send before starting?
Send the medical certificate, passport copy, visa country, visa category, employer or embassy instruction and deadline. That tells us what the document actually needs.
