How Indian Nurses & Medical Professionals Are Contributing to Kuwait's Healthcare Growth

SiZA Global2 May 20268 min readReviewed by SiZA Global Documentation Review Team

Indian healthcare workers are helping Kuwait serve a diverse patient population.

Why Kuwait reads nursing and medical files differently

Kuwait does not run its credentialing through DataFlow. The Kuwait Ministry of Health reviews the documents directly, and the Kuwait Embassy attestation in New Delhi sits at the centre of the file. That changes how the paperwork should be prepared. Kuwait also has a habit of asking for educational documents in pairs. The degree alone is rarely enough. The degree and the marksheets, or the degree and the registration, often move together so the reviewer can match them at one go.

Indian nurses, lab technologists, pharmacists and allied health professionals fill long-running gaps in Kuwait's public and private hospitals around Kuwait City. Most of the recruitment runs through hospital cadre slots or direct employer hiring, and the standard route is degree plus state council registration plus experience plus PCC, all attested through MEA followed by Kuwait Embassy, then handled by MOFA in Kuwait City after arrival.

What this kind of file usually carries

Kuwait's reviewers want clean continuity. A nurse who finished GNM in 2017, registered with the state nursing council in 2018, joined a hospital in 2018 and left in 2024 should have papers that tell that exact story. Mismatch in spelling, dates or signatures slows the file. Experience letters that omit ward or department are weaker than letters that name them. Old good standing certificates are treated as expired.

  • Nursing degree (GNM, B.Sc, M.Sc) or medical degree (MBBS, MD), with full marksheets
  • State nursing council or medical council registration certificate
  • Internship completion proof
  • Experience letters from each hospital, with role, ward and dates
  • Good standing certificate (recent)
  • Passport, PCC and the Kuwait employer offer or sponsor instructions

Where SiZA Global fits in this preparation

We do the India side: scan-and-review of every original before any movement, MEA apostille if the route calls for it, Kuwait Embassy attestation in New Delhi, certified Arabic translation where the Kuwait MOH or employer specifies it, and tracked return of every original. Our own staff move the papers; we do not use bike-aggregator couriers.

We do not run the MOH licensing review, the visa stamping in Kuwait or the joining date. Those stay with the Kuwait side and the employer.

FAQs

Why are Indians moving to Kuwait for healthcare opportunities?

Kuwait runs a long-standing hiring pipeline for Indian healthcare staff into Ministry of Health hospitals and large private chains around Kuwait City. Nursing, allied health and selected medical specialities are the consistent gaps, and the document route through Kuwait Embassy attestation is well established.

Which documents may Indians need before moving to Kuwait?

A Kuwait healthcare file usually carries the nursing or medical degree with marksheets, the relevant state council registration, internship completion, experience letters from each hospital with role and dates, a recent good standing certificate, passport, PCC and the Kuwait employer offer. Educational documents often need to move as pairs (degree plus marksheets, or degree plus registration).

Can SiZA Global help with apostille, attestation or translation?

Yes. We do MEA apostille where it applies, Kuwait Embassy attestation in New Delhi, certified Arabic translation if the destination calls for it and full coordination of the document chain. We do not run the Kuwait MOH credentialing review, the visa stamping in Kuwait or the employer onboarding.

Is SiZA Global a government department or a private documentation support company?

SiZA Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a private documentation services company registered in Noida. We are not a government department, not an embassy and not a recruitment agency. We handle the documentation work so the case moves cleanly through MEA, the Kuwait Embassy and Kuwait MOFA.
