Good standing and registration are different
A registration certificate shows that a person was registered. A Good Standing Certificate reports status for a stated period or issue date. A qualification record shows study. Do not use one as a substitute for another.
The foreign regulator may ask for all three. Use its profession and country list before applying for new records.
Use the correct issuing council
Doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists and other professionals have different councils. Ask whether the record must come from a state body, national body or both.
Check your name, registration number, profession, issue date and status. Ask the issuer to correct an error; translation cannot change it.

Freshness and direct delivery
The regulator decides how recent the certificate must be. There is no one world-wide six-month rule. Apply near the planned filing date.
Some bodies ask the council to send the record or reply to a verifier. Do not open or reroute a sealed record if direct delivery is required.
DataFlow and licensing
DataFlow primary source verification asks the source to confirm a record. It is separate from certified translation, MEA apostille and the foreign licence decision.
Use DataFlow applicant guidance and the regulator’s own list. A translated certificate does not grant a licence or guarantee a clear report.
Apostille and language
Ask whether the regulator needs apostille, normal attestation or no legalisation. Use MEA guidance only after the accepted issuer and signature are clear.
Translate the full record and any stamp the regulator must read. Confirm whether it accepts a certified PDF or needs a paper or locally sworn copy.
SiZA’s role
We provide certified translation services and coordinate permitted apostille or attestation steps. We do not issue council records, answer verification emails for the council or decide a licence.
Handling
Send the whole record, passport spelling, profession, country and the current office list. We check the source and page count before quoting.
Sensitive records received in Noida are logged to your case. We share updates, track return delivery and ask you to confirm safe receipt.
