The short answer first

Most Indian visa consultants and student advisors do not want to build a separate documentation operation for every issuing state and destination. SiZA's B2B model handles the agreed India-side document scope behind the scenes. The consultant keeps the customer relationship, advisory and visa work; SiZA coordinates document attestation, translation and related verification support. Commercial terms are quoted privately after the monthly volume, document mix, destinations, service levels and custody workflow are understood. White-label means SiZA reports status to the consultant, who communicates with the customer.

Where consultants typically lose time

Consultancy teams commonly spend significant senior time on:

  • Coordinating apostille of customer documents across multiple states
  • Following up with State HRD offices (especially UP, Bihar, MP, AP, Telangana, TN, Kerala)
  • Coordinating MEA submission and tracking
  • Sourcing destination-language sworn translators (Italian empanelled, German beeidigter Übersetzer, French traducteur assermenté, Spanish traductor jurado, Czech soudní překladatel)
  • Embassy attestation logistics for UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya
  • DataFlow Primary Source Verification for healthcare candidates
  • GAMCA medical scheduling for GCC candidates
  • eMigrate ECR clearance for ECR passport holders
  • Status reporting back to customers

This time does not bill at consultancy advisory rates. It also exposes the consultant to operational risks (wrong-state HRD, non-empanelled translator, stale PCC) that the customer ultimately blames the consultant for.

What SiZA handles as B2B back office

  • All Indian states, including physical-presence states (AP, Telangana, TN, Kerala) through local representatives

  • Commercial documents (POA, board resolution, MoA, AoA, CoO, invoice)
  • SDM, State HRD, State Home Department, Chamber of Commerce as prior steps

How the B2B partnership works in practice

Onboarding

  1. Initial call to understand the consultancy's customer base (countries, document volume, urgency patterns).
  2. Scope, service levels, monthly volume assumptions and private commercial terms agreed in writing.
  3. Dedicated WhatsApp group or Slack channel set up for daily coordination.
  4. Document handover protocol agreed: physical pickup from consultancy office, courier from customer, or customer drops at SiZA Noida office.

Daily workflow

  1. Consultant receives customer documents and sends scans plus destination details to SiZA.
  2. SiZA confirms the correct authentication path (apostille or embassy attestation) and quotes a realistic timeline.
  3. Documents picked up or couriered to SiZA Noida.
  4. SiZA handles Notary, prior step (HRD/SDM/Chamber), MEA, embassy (if non-Hague), translation, in parallel where possible.
  5. SiZA provides daily or per-milestone status updates to the consultant (WhatsApp, Slack, or email).
  6. Apostilled or attested documents returned to the consultant via courier.
  7. Consultant communicates with the customer using SiZA's status updates.

White-label

SiZA does not contact the consultancy's customer directly. The consultant relays status updates with SiZA-provided language; SiZA's name and contact do not appear in customer-facing communication unless the consultant requests it. Customer believes the consultancy is doing the work.

How commercial terms are agreed

We do not publish standard B2B rates or discount bands. The written proposal depends on:

  • Monthly document volume and seasonality
  • Personal, educational and commercial document mix
  • Issuing states and destination authorities
  • Translation, verification and courier scope
  • Reporting frequency, turnaround expectations and custody controls

SiZA provides a private proposal after this scope review. Any billing or credit terms appear in that proposal, not on the public website.

When B2B partnership makes sense

  • Senior consultants are repeatedly pulled away from advisory work for document coordination
  • Consultancy has had at least one customer-impacting documentation failure (wrong-state HRD, non-empanelled translator, stale PCC, missed Italian empanelled translator rule)
  • Consultancy is expanding into new destinations (e.g., adding Germany or Saudi to a UK-focused practice) and needs operational knowledge in the new destination
  • Consultancy serves healthcare candidates and DataFlow PSV failure or delay is a recurring problem
  • HR department with recurring overseas deputations and no dedicated document operations team

When B2B partnership does not make sense

  • Consultancy has only occasional, straightforward cases that its existing team handles reliably
  • Consultancy has in-house documentation team already

How to start the partnership conversation

Send the SiZA team a short note via WhatsApp or the contact form with:

  • Consultancy type (student, visa, immigration, healthcare-focused, corporate HR)
  • Approximate monthly document volume
  • Mix of destinations
  • Specific documentation pain points

We will set up a 30-minute call to understand the workflow and quote a B2B engagement model.

WhatsApp or contact.

Questions readers often ask

What is the B2B partnership model?

SiZA acts as the back-office documentation team for visa consultants, student advisors, immigration agencies, and corporate HR departments. The consultancy keeps the customer relationship and advisory work; SiZA handles the apostille, attestation, translation, DataFlow, embassy coordination, GAMCA, and eMigrate logistics. White-label means SiZA does not contact the consultancy's customer; the consultancy relays SiZA's status updates.

How are B2B commercial terms decided?

SiZA reviews expected monthly volume, document and destination mix, translation or verification scope, courier and custody workflow, reporting frequency and service levels. We then provide a private written proposal. Standard rates and discount bands are not published because the operating scope varies materially between partners.

Does SiZA handle all Indian states?

Yes. All states including the physical-presence states (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala) through local representatives. Fast-state HRDs (Maharashtra, Karnataka, Delhi), medium states (Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, West Bengal), and slow states (UP, Bihar, MP) are all covered with realistic timeline quotes.

Does SiZA handle non-English translation through embassy-empanelled translators?

Yes. Italian Embassy New Delhi-empanelled translators for Italy. Beeidigter Übersetzer for Germany. Traducteur assermenté for France. Traductor jurado for Spain. Soudní překladatel for Czech Republic. Authorised Arabic translators for GCC. NAATI-standard English for Australia. We do not use non-recognised translators for destinations that demand specific authorisation.

Can SiZA handle DataFlow Primary Source Verification for our healthcare candidates?

Yes. We coordinate DataFlow for SCFHS, DHA, DOH, QCHP, NHRA, OMSB. We help candidates collect Good Standing Certificate from the relevant Indian council, gather experience letters in the correct format, and provide alternative supporting evidence for Unable to Verify cases.

When should a visa consultancy consider B2B partnership?

Consider it when senior consultants are repeatedly pulled into document coordination, when a documentation mistake has affected a customer, when expanding into unfamiliar destinations, when healthcare verification problems recur or when a dedicated in-house operations team is not practical.

Does SiZA's name appear in our customer communication?

Only if the consultancy requests it. The default white-label model means SiZA reports status to the consultancy; the consultancy relays the status to the customer using SiZA-provided wording. SiZA does not directly contact the consultancy's customer unless explicitly asked.
