Visa consultants, student advisors, immigration agencies, and HR departments routinely lose 30-40% of consultant time to apostille, attestation, translation, DataFlow, and embassy coordination, work that does not bill at consultancy rates. SiZA's B2B model handles all the documentation as your back office: you keep the customer relationship and advisory work, we handle Notary to MEA to embassy to translation, with white-label status updates and per-document or bulk pricing.

The short answer first

Most Indian visa consultants and student advisors do not actually want to run a documentation team. The economics do not work: the apostille-attestation-translation work is fragmented, state-by-state, destination-by-destination, and requires deep operational knowledge that takes years to build. SiZA's B2B model handles this work behind the scenes. The consultant keeps the customer relationship, advisory, visa filing, and post-arrival support; SiZA handles the document attestation, translation, embassy coordination, DataFlow, GAMCA, and eMigrate. Pricing is per-document for low volume or monthly bulk rates for high volume. White-label means SiZA reports status to the consultant; the consultant communicates to the customer. We have run this model with student consultancies in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kochi, and HR departments at IT services companies for the last several years.

Where consultants typically lose time

We have observed across consultancy clients that 30-40% of senior consultant time is spent on:

  • Coordinating apostille of customer documents across multiple states
  • Following up with State HRD offices (especially UP, Bihar, MP, AP, Telangana, TN, Kerala)
  • Coordinating MEA submission and tracking
  • Sourcing destination-language sworn translators (Italian empanelled, German beeidigter Übersetzer, French traducteur assermenté, Spanish traductor jurado, Czech soudní překladatel)
  • Embassy attestation logistics for UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya
  • DataFlow Primary Source Verification for healthcare candidates
  • GAMCA medical scheduling for GCC candidates
  • eMigrate ECR clearance for ECR passport holders
  • Status reporting back to customers

This time does not bill at consultancy advisory rates. It also exposes the consultant to operational risks (wrong-state HRD, non-empanelled translator, stale PCC) that the customer ultimately blames the consultant for.

What SiZA handles as B2B back office

Apostille and attestation:

  • All Indian states, including physical-presence states (AP, Telangana, TN, Kerala) through local representatives
  • Personal documents (birth, marriage, PCC, single status)
  • Educational documents (degree, transcripts, 10th/12th, school leaving)
  • Commercial documents (POA, board resolution, MoA, AoA, CoO, invoice)
  • SDM, State HRD, State Home Department, Chamber of Commerce as prior steps

Embassy attestation for non-Hague destinations:

  • UAE Embassy Delhi attestation
  • Qatar Embassy Delhi attestation
  • Kuwait Embassy Delhi and Mumbai attestation
  • Libya, Iraq, Egypt embassy attestation

Translation:

  • Italian Embassy New Delhi-empanelled translators for Italy submissions
  • Beeidigter Übersetzer German translation for Germany
  • Traducteur assermenté French for France
  • Traductor jurado Spanish for Spain
  • Soudní překladatel Czech for Czech Republic
  • Authorised Arabic for GCC
  • NAATI-standard English for Australia where required
  • Other languages (Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Dutch, Slovak, Slovenian)

Healthcare credential support:

  • DataFlow Primary Source Verification for SCFHS, DHA, DOH, QCHP, NHRA, OMSB
  • Good Standing Certificate from Indian councils (NMC, INC, PCI, State Councils)
  • Saudi Mosaddaqa via mosadaqa.sa
  • Saudi QVP via Takamol PACC
  • SCFHS Prometric exam coordination

Visa and immigration logistics:

  • GAMCA medical scheduling at approved Indian centres
  • eMigrate ECR Emigration Clearance for ECR passport holders
  • VFS appointment booking coordination
  • APS verification booking for Germany student visas
  • Campus France Études en France for France student visas

How the B2B partnership works in practice

Onboarding

  1. Initial call to understand the consultancy's customer base (countries, document volume, urgency patterns).
  2. Pricing agreed: per-document for low volume (< 50 documents per month), monthly retainer plus volume rate for high volume.
  3. Dedicated WhatsApp group or Slack channel set up for daily coordination.
  4. Document handover protocol agreed: physical pickup from consultancy office, courier from customer, or customer drops at SiZA Noida office.

Daily workflow

  1. Consultant receives customer documents and sends scans plus destination details to SiZA.
  2. SiZA confirms the correct authentication path (apostille or embassy attestation) and quotes a realistic timeline.
  3. Documents picked up or couriered to SiZA Noida.
  4. SiZA handles Notary, prior step (HRD/SDM/Chamber), MEA, embassy (if non-Hague), translation, in parallel where possible.
  5. SiZA provides daily or per-milestone status updates to the consultant (WhatsApp, Slack, or email).
  6. Apostilled or attested documents returned to the consultant via courier.
  7. Consultant communicates with the customer using SiZA's status updates.

White-label

SiZA does not contact the consultancy's customer directly. The consultant relays status updates with SiZA-provided language; SiZA's name and contact do not appear in customer-facing communication unless the consultant requests it. Customer believes the consultancy is doing the work.

Pricing

We do not publish standard B2B rates because they depend on volume, mix (personal vs educational vs commercial), and destination mix. Indicative bands:

  • Low volume (< 50 documents/month): Per-document pricing close to standard customer rates, with a 10-20% B2B discount for consistent workflow.
  • Medium volume (50-200 documents/month): Monthly retainer plus volume rate, typically 25-35% below standard rates.
  • High volume (200+ documents/month): Negotiated retainer with dedicated team, typically 40-50% below standard rates.

We bill monthly. NET 15 or NET 30 terms with established consultancies.

When B2B partnership makes sense

  • Consultancy spends 30%+ of senior consultant time on document coordination
  • Consultancy has had at least one customer-impacting documentation failure (wrong-state HRD, non-empanelled translator, stale PCC, missed Italian empanelled translator rule)
  • Consultancy is expanding into new destinations (e.g., adding Germany or Saudi to a UK-focused practice) and needs operational knowledge in the new destination
  • Consultancy serves healthcare candidates and DataFlow PSV failure or delay is a recurring problem
  • HR department of an IT/services company with 50+ overseas deputations annually

When B2B partnership does not make sense

  • Consultancy has < 10 cases per month with simple Hague destinations (UK, US, Australia) where the document work is straightforward
  • Consultancy has in-house documentation team already

How to start the partnership conversation

Send the SiZA team a short note via WhatsApp or the contact form with:

  • Consultancy type (student, visa, immigration, healthcare-focused, corporate HR)
  • Approximate monthly document volume
  • Mix of destinations
  • Specific documentation pain points

We will set up a 30-minute call to understand the workflow and quote a B2B engagement model.

WhatsApp or contact.
